Walls are paper thin!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
You can hear the neighbors talking through the walls. Everything looks good but once your in you notice its all cheap. The hot water heater is in the bedroom closet and keeps you up at night. No parking if you have more than one vehicle. Garage is so small you can't get out without squeezing out of your car.
