GET IT IN WRITING

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
If the manager ever says "Don't worry about that" or "we won't charge you for that," get it IN WRITING. I moved in a day early and was told "don't worry about the rent for that day." The billing department however, noticed that day and billed for it.
