This place has been great. I have had no problems since I've lived here. This winter has been crazy with all of the snow and they do an excellent job of plowing everyday and even the side walks are well maintained, sanded, etc. I periodically even see the manager walking around checking the grounds picking up little trash and even pulling a few weeds on her way to the office. We've never had any issues with any of them but I can tell I wouldn't want to get on her bad side.. haha.

We have one slightly noisey neighbor above us (21 year old...explains it all) but other than that I haven't heard really a peep from anyone around us. I have never heard any parties, music or anything. Garages are very nice and spacious. Parking is a bit tight but I've never not found a spot. We've even had a group of people over at night and they were all able to find parking. Apts are very nice inside. We live on the newer side which has black appliances which are awesome. They are very open inside and have a nice arrangement with the kitchen/bar over looking the living room. Master bedroom is spacious and walk-in closet is decent sized. One thing I really like is the high ceilings for being on the 2nd floor. One thing that is weird is that the 3rd floor rooms that we've seen don't have vaulted ceilings.

We've never had to have anything fixed. Had an issue with one of the toilet flushers but it was a real quick fix that we just did ourselves.

Decent sized laundry room.

We've been to many of our friends places and this is by far the best in the area. All of our buddies come over to play bball at our place because we have a great court.. Only downside is it is only half court. Place has a nice pool and a garden area if you wish to have your own garden... Small workout room and entertainment room in the club house...we've never used either... Workout room is pretty small and is best just for cardio type of work out.

Try talking to Lori a few times, and you'll find out she's not as nice as she pretends to be. She's very fake.
