OKay I have lived here with my husband and two kids for about a year and a half. These are the cons:

-carpet in the kitchen is very unsanitary
-bathtubs bread midlew and mold because of their cheap craftmens ship(it smells skunky)
-they make you replace anything that breaks i.e. cheap blinds that wear from use and you have to buy them from their company usually costing $50 or more because you have to have them cut.
-you have no grace period and they charge more than $75 even if it is the second of the month (even mortgage companies give you a grace period)
-if you move out of a month to month you have to have it in writing before the tenth otherwise you have to pay for the next month but you can move in early and be pro-rated.
-the carpet is never changed it gets dirty way too fast.
-the ac is highly inefficient and wastes tons of energy being in the wall
-the back and front doors are not good at keeping in heat and cold air because of the gap at the bottom.
-you have to keep the oven trays in perfect condition which is impossible to do even if the manager says to put foil to protect it. not only is it ridiculously repetitive it can also catch on fire from the retained oil and become very dangerous. yeah i had a little fire mishap. oh and the firealarm didn't even go off. lol.
-if you have kids those base boards heaters are very annoying to keep a watch of because little toys melt very easily and became a pollutant.
-no elevators to the third floor.
- they mow the lawn way too much and it is loud as all get out!
-you cant swim at night but their are pool night lights on. very strange.

so in a nut shell for the money you spend renting here you could get a house or a much better apartment. keep looking.
