Prairie Hills is the worst place I have every lived. They told me and my wife all these lies to get us in the door of how safe it was, how quiet it was and the staff is great. Well I am here today to say that is all lies. My apartment has been broken into and I just found out that they don't even change the locks on the doors when people move out. My garage was broken into and everytime I have complained to the manager I am told that I need to call the police and their is nothing they can do for us. They have no security and they don't care at all about the residents. People are loud and have parties almost everynight. This is more like a place for criminals to live then decent hard working people like me and my wife. Don't rent here, you will regit it.

Wait until you go to move out. They hit you for everything and oh, you'll be charged $43.84 for a large stove eye pan and 41.64 for the small. They charge for light bulbs, kitchen carpet stains (carpet in the kitchen, what dumbass came up with that!!). The list goes on and on. I monitor this site just because they screwed me that hard. Good luck!!!
