Big mistake

I am a current resident and cannot wait to move! They falsify dates that rent was received and charge invalid late fees @ 100.00 a piece! They did not do snow removal and they tow cars without warning costing 400.00 to retrieve from impound! My car has been broken in too multiple times and my neighbors are a nightmare. There is no parking available for guest without walking long distances.
Please DONOT make the same mistake at this or any associated complexes such as Trestle creek.

Be careful when you leave, they charge for all kinds of stuff even smoke detector batteries, light bulbs and stains that were there when you move in. Take pictures of everything especially the cheap ass mobile home doors, they said I ruined 2 and charged me over $100 each for a $40 dollar door. Oh and the drip pans on the stove they charged me $21 a piece. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING THEY ARE LIARS!!!

I live at the prairie hills apartments and I don't know what this person is talking about on snow removal. The complex was plowed out, it was when you got to the city streets you got stuck... sounds like someone was pissed they trashed there apartment and had to pay for it.
