I live in the Prairie Hills apartments and love it.

After reading the reviews I felt I had to write one.

It's beautiful here, clean, the apartments are safe.

The staff has always helped me.

I had a broken dish washer and it was fixed in 24 hours.

I don't get the bad reviews.

Sounds like people trashed their place and where ticked off they had to pay for it.

Apparently you haven't been robbed yet...just wait, it will happen. And when it does, Lori will assure you no one has ever been robbed there...go on believing her and thinking that Prairie Hills is such an awesome place...it will come back to bite you!!! Just a warning

Wow, you really have it in for Prairie Hills, don't you? I read your review about getting burglarized, and I'm sorry for your loss, but it's not like Prairie Hills invited the burglars into the complex. Just because someone says a place has never had a burglary, what, you're going to leave your doors unlocked or believe it can NEVER happen? I don't get why you're so angry with Prairie Hills over the burglary. Clearly, many people think it's a totally fine place to live - no worse than any other apartment complex, and a heck of a lot better than some! I do think their non-refundable deposit is bogus, and if you read the lease you'll see it's a "redecorating fee", not a cleaning deposit removes the need to clean when you move out. Read your lease, follow the rules, and it's a nice place to live.
