These apartments have zero insulation and cost a fortune to heat. The maintenance people are very rude and fail to resolve the underlying problems (i.e. no insulation), while you are left to leave the heat on 24/7 or face the cost of burst pipes. The property is pretty, but there is no screening on the dumpsters, which make the place look trashy. Plus, the hot tub keeps getting vandalized. Although management harasses people about keeping their garage doors open, they do little to keep people from having trash on their back patios. As a result, the families with kids leave a terrible mess all over the place and make it look like crap. In short, it's very overpriced.
