I lived at these apartments for a 6 month lease period. I moved immediatly after the lease is up. I had some big problems. For one if you live anywhere near 2317 you will meet a horrendous woman will no consideration who has 4 cars she washes every single day and parks in your space and is soooo unfriendly. In the time we lived there, we got our car keyed down both sides, got something stolen out of a unlocked (oopps..) car twice, and like all the other reviews, our electricity tripled from our previous energy efficient top floor apartment. I was in the bottom floor and the average bill was about 150 for a family of 3 who was seldom home! Hardly any heat was used since we had the fireplace units. The management was super cool, nice grounds, nice apartments as far as layout and price goes for on the South Hill. Just always park in your garage and keep your garage locked, I think its just kids/tweakers trying to get some money pawning stuff so I don't think the area is unsafe or anything, just irritating.
