I've lived here for a little over a year. I had to be out of my other place extremely fast and was running out of time so I just went with Rockcliffe. I have mixed feelings about it. I live on the bottom floor and it is really noisy above me. My neighbors aren't being excessively noisy or anything there just isn't any insulation so I hear everything. It is also way too expensive in the winter! I think my highest bill was about $130! I am one person so there is no reason for this except again, no insulation. I've had some stuff stolen from my garage. Thankfully it was just some decorations and not something expensive but it still makes you feel violated. I've had a few problems with maintenance as well. I've tried for a year now to get my water heater fixed. I always run out of hot water in the morning but maintenance says nothing is wrong with it. Hmm...the hot water tank is 27 years old! Again, I'm one person. How can I be running out of hot water in the morning when I'm always in a rush to get to work'
