The management SUCKS! You will get a note on your door weekly for some imagined wrong. I had only a mug with a plant in it and got written up for "storing" on my patio. I got written up for other peoples' trash in the grass, since I was the ground level apt. I came home to seeing the mgr. with a camera, taking pictures inside my apt! I asked what she was doing. She said she heard someone say I had a DOG' I had 2 cats and they knew about them! And moving out, you will get NOTHING back, even though you work your butt off! I told them the first week I moved in that the vertical blinds were falling off. They NEVER fixed them, so I used tape to keep them from falling. Upon moving out, they charged me TONS of money to replace them! I have always gotten my FULL deposit back from everywhere I lived. Not here. They made up expenses, and I was charged over $800, yes over $800 for imagined violations. Since I moved 400 miles away, they got away with it. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
