I lived at the roosevelts for about 2 years. We had a lovely apartment, very big, and very affordable. What a great old building in a great location! However, the elevators always seemed to be broken, the windows are TERRIBLE, and if you needed something fixed it usually took a while to fix it. They do have lots of storage, and its convenient to have a parking garage but the spots are VERY small so your car should be pretty small. I basically survived this winter because of that garage. They should fix he intercom system so that you have SOME idea of who is trying to get in. The showers ARE terrible and they always had to shut it off to fix something! I would recommend this building but keep in mind all the crap that somes with old building. I had good times there and liked my neighbors. I felt safe and I liked being so close to work, at deaconess. Beautiful parka cross the street!
