i TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE LAST POST. THE MANAGER IS A DRUNK AND MOVES IN ALL HER FRIENDS. MAINTENANCE WILL NEVER FIX ANUTHING RIGHT, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!!! i PLAN TO CALL AS SOON AS I MOVE OUT OF HERE SO SHE CAN NOT (GET) ME FOR TURNING HER IN.

Rosewood Club Apts is a professionally managed property. We fully screen all applicants and employee's. We prioritize all maintenance request's in keeping with fair housing rules. As a professional property we also have a very structured greivance procedure and all employee's have an established change of command. As a property that houses 154 family's we do are best to handle all reported issues in a timley manner.
