I was a resident of this complex for a couple years. It seemed as though they were desperate to try to turn 70s' throwback apartments into pseudo luxury housing. They'd lie about 'not renovating' other apartments, when there were constantly older fridges/ranges/etc discarded around the property. They take every opportunity to raise rent unnecessarily while the overall condition of the premises got little or no improvement. Easy access to shopping and commerce is the only plus to this property.
