I used to live at Adams Square some time ago, and after reading another review on here I'm horrified that rent would be over $500 for this place! I have memories of the ceilings falling apart, shoddy if any insulation to the point where I was woken up often by people merely coughing next door or going to the bathroom, mildew build up in the bathroom due to poor ventilation even with the fan on constantly, it was always one annoyance after another. From the pictures I have since run across while looking at apartment finder sites, it looks like they've freshened up the drab, outdated cabinets and appliances, but if that's all they've done then you've got yourself one shiny looking cardboard box with a new stove.
