The landlord is an uptight ----- who hasn't gotten laid in decades, the building is falling apart and the tenants have no consideration for others peace and quiet. My appliances are from the 70's and barely functioning and the carpet is older than I am. The only place to walk your pets is merely a dirt pile area covered in feces. Watch out for the narc patrol, they walk the grounds keeping an eye out for tentants violating the terms of their leases.

I stopped counting how many times they conveniently "couldn't find" my rent checks. They have no consideration for tenant safety and I'm kicking myself for not suing them when I fell and fractured my leg.

In response to bigdaddy's comment below.....I've never done drugs, I've done nothing that needed repremanding, and I'm too old to throw parties. Big daddy is clearly delusional since he is obviously out numbered.

Believe me when I say, this is THE WORST that one could ever live and I am desperately trying to leave it behind.

GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS BIGDADDY AND QUIT BEING SO GODDAMN NAIVE!!!!!

It never fails. No good turn goes unpunished. I have been a resident at Adams Square for many years and nearly everything this moron has spewed is crap. The owners have spent nearly $200,000 in the last two years to make this place shine. The manager Terri is wonderful and would do anything for anybody. The "Narc patrol" this moron is referring to has drastically cut down on theft, huge parties, and the druggies. Wonder which category you fall into? Those are usually the biggest complainers--The ones who can no longer get away with the ---- they used too... Thats the beauty of a free society. If you don't like where you are you can get your FAT ASS OUT!!!!!

I abso---------lutely agree with the top comment. Horrible place to live. Don't ever rent from HSC....the worst!!!!!
