This complex has just been acquired by a new management team, so not sure whether it's for better or for worse. Aspen Apartments is clean and well maintained with good neighbors.

They consistently have some car break-ins, due to Spokane meth problem, and didn't seem to care much about it beyond the usual warning to the tenants. Occasionally guest parking situation got a bit out of hand with all the people storing the cars in guest parking spots.

The exercise room is non-existent, it's just a couple of machines, and it's a small room. Pool is nice and so is jacuzzi.
