We moved into Aspen Village last summer and love it. It is clean, quiet and well maintained. The managment is always responsive to maintenance requests. Barring any signifigant changes we will stay here for several years. I was a bit worried when the managment changed but it seems to be just fine!

There could be more guest parking but we have our carport and have also rented a garage. If we are planning to have guests we just move the car from the carport and our guests are able to park right by our apt.

Updating my response - once the new management took over the whole thing went to hell in a handbasket. The maintenance guy lived in my building and was arrested for beating his wife - nice. We could count on hearing them fight every weekend. When we did call for maintenance - because water was 2 inches deep in the bathroom, it took them nearly 2 hours to respond! They raised my rent twice in a year. Managment was off site and not available to be around on weekends to keep parties in check. They werent even in the office during office hours. Rec room was open from 10 am to 4 pm so you couldnt use it if you had a job. Parking became a huge issue! We had to move, it was dreadful.
