Well lets just say that this has been the worst experience living in these apartments. I know, now before you think that we're some punk ass people who should have the managment up our ass 99% of the time, no we're not. We are honest hard working young people who are trying to establish good rental history and live a normal life. If you are young people who like to have anyone over, these are NOT the apartments for you! The parking is an absoulte nightmare. If you park in the no parking area for even 5 min to bring your groceries in, expect a nasty sticker on your car that will not come off without a razor blade. Management is a complete joke! They are all stuck-up ------- that refuse to actually help you. They need to learn the term respect. Management walks into your house without permission. They constantly leave notes and notices just to remind everyone of policies whether you are breaking them or not. The apartments themselves are terribly built. Appliances are constantly breaking, carpet is so cheap it gets sucked up in the vacuum, you can hear everything around you. People just walking above you sound like thunder. The insulation is horrible. Our heating bill is three times as much as our old apartment that was larger! There are a ton of little kids that run wild throughout the complex. My car has been hit by their bikes more than once and management does nothing about it...probably cause their kids are the worst. Just try and get into the pool...it is always full of screaming unsupervised kids...again usually the managements kids! Management is constantly closing the office when it should be open cause they need to run to the store.... good luck trying to get ahold of anyone when you need to. Maintenance is a joke. They are on complete power trips and do nothing to fix your problems..they slap some glue on it and call it good. If you have pets do not come here. They are constantly harrassing people with pets. If your dog makes the slightest noise while walking them you get talked to about your noisy pet. Hello...maybe you shouldn't welcome pets if you are going to be nazis about them!!!
Trust me do NOT live in these apartments!! I have lived in three other apartments in my life and never had so much as a complaint from the neighbors. Now I am harrassed constantly by the joke of a management team. Besides the management issues, the lawn and grounds are poorly maintained, there is NO parking, and the safety of your vehicles is extremely questionable. Go somewhere else...you will regret living here.

I couldnt agree more! I could clearly see that this is where the apartments were headed when we left a few years ago. So sad, because it could be a nice place to live
