After looking all over Spokane to find a complex that would take my miniature Chihuahuas and Conure, I was led to this place by another complex manager. The management team went above and beyond to help me get into my place on such short notice. Kudos to them! I read the other reviews and while I do agree with wild children (I have some above me and they DO NOT belong to management, trust me), hearing everything from the folks upstairs (again, due to very unruly kids), and parking may be a little troublesome at time, everything so far has been great! I can't really do anything about the kid situtation except ask the parent to calm them down, but you would think folks would have a little common sense about noise and being on the top floor. That all stems from poor home-training, what can you do' I have to say that maintainance has been swift and on point for me. I put in a request for 3 things wrong in my apartment and they were out within 3 days and they fixed everything within 2 hours.
I don't know if management has changed since the last review, but the folks I met have been really great. All rules have been clear and laid out for me. My pets have not been a problem for me. So we will see after a year if I am still happy here. I think I will be...
