Lived here for 3 years nothing has really changed other then rent prices, the staff are nice but the quality of the apartment is not worth the price you pay for rent. Wish we had another park or a pool.

Good except the amount of parking. No recorse when someone parks in your assigned spot. Can't open the Windows cause I'm allergic to cigarette smoking and the downstairs neighbors smoke like a chimney.

I really haven't had much experience; besides taking off the pet rent and inquiring about garage. The staff is friendly and when there's issue with repairs or whatnot, they have come through in time of need.

The apartments are nicely remodeled, for the most part. The community is crowded and pretty loud. Management does deal with concerns in a timely fashion but there can be poor communication between the ladies at the leasing office.

My experience has been alright so far, i feel it is over priced, compared to apartments in the neighborhood, and the lease renewal process is a bit excessive, but I've made my apartment home, so there i will stay.

Overall satisfied with my experience in this community. Would appreciate if other residents would clean up after their own dogs more, but outside of that I have been enjoying my time living in this location.

Great access and parking, Maintenance responds extremely quickly and they are always out cleaning up the grounds and keeping the area safe. Washer and dryer in the apartment large kitchens and living rooms and they allow large dogs its my dream place!

Staff is really nice and office is open 7 days a week which is great! Apartment was clean upon move in. Some appliances are outdated but it's a great space for the price. Only complaint is parking is a pain in the butt.

I like the option of having a wall in my apartment being painted as an accent. Floor plan doesn't feel claustrophobic. It's nice having a balcony with a storage area; would be even better if the view wasn't more apartments with balconies.

Im not sure if the people who wrote reviews on these apartments were diry or what but i loveeeee my apartment. everyone was so nice my aparment was super clean moving in everything works great. i have no complaints!
