Unprofessionalism is all I have to say. Management recently changed and the new manager seems like she wants nothing to do with any of the tenants. The office is closed a lot, and issues do not get resolved. The staff was very friendly when I leased but as soon as I signed the lease no one seemed to care about us anymore. It seems that the maintenance crew is very large but no work gets done. I see then walking around or driving there little golf carts but I never see them picking up the property or taking care of issues. Back to the manager...... Maybe she should spend less time worring about her car and getting her nails done and more time worring about keeping the residents that she has. I have never met anyone with there nose so high up in the air. GET OVER YOURSELF.....

Let's discuss stupid people. How about a 'manager-wanna-be' who chooses to use simple words that are easy to spell but obviously does not have a clue on using proper grammar! All of the Village 'managers' obviously have zero degrees of any kind and are probably lucky to have completed high school. This idiot wouldn't know a sentence if I wrote one on a piece of paper for her or spoke it to her in written word. IDIOT! What is the matter? Does the truth of this tenant hit a little close to home?!
