I moved into this complex about 2 years ago. At the time it was the most expensive unit I've ever rented but I wanted something nice. The grounds are clean enough and the interior of the apartments are clean and nice (at least mine is). My problem is with the management of the facility. Our neighbors are absolutely noisy, we have made many complaints and nothing has been done. If we attempt to turn our TV up loud enough to not hear them, they start banging on the walls even louder. Every time I go into the office their are new people behind the desk. This new person always has her nose up in the air, like she's too busy to help us. I live here, this is my home and I should be treated with respect. Don't expect that here, as a tenant you're duties are to pay your rent (don't dare be late or you get a nice eviction notice) and put up with everyone else's crap.

If someone parks in your spot they won't tow the vehicle until 24 hours have past. This is just great when you only get 1 spot per apartment and maybe 1 extra spot per 30 units. Most of the time you end up parking on the street. The newest problem' The apartment complex is having its lot repaved, doesn't sound like a bad thing until they give you a 12 hour notice that if you're vehicle is on the property at 8:00 the next day it will be towed! I go on vacation and business trips often, I would have returned to an impounded vehicle.

Bottom line, it's a clean enough place to live, don't expect maintenance to do much or the management to care, you're more of a burden to them anyways so don't trouble them anymore and choose some place else to live.
