Eagle Rock Apartments

12423 East Mansfield Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99216

12/17/13 by thegrassbends: We have been living here for 2 years. We chose this apartment complex because of the spacious nice layout, and the extremely friendly staff. I've lived in many apartment complexes throughout the US and the staff here is by far the most accommodating, efficient, and understanding that I have ever met. John, Bre, Courtney are all wonderful property managers and I believe more

Village on Broadway

12623 East Broadway, Spokane Valley, WA 99216

09/24/14 by snickerdoodleinspokane: Don't rent here. Management is terrible. She is never in the office. She leaves early so she can get to her second job. When she is at the property, there is a clock on the door saying she will be back in 15 minutes to an hour. She says she is walking the property. It does not take all day to walk the property. Dog poop is all over and does not get picked up. Food and other items on more

Sunrise Village

15615 E 4th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99037

02/27/14 by anonymous: This place is horrible. We moved in 4 ears ago and had major mold issues in our first apartment so they moved us into a new on after 6 months of me complaining. Every 6 mos they hike the rent up, they have one measly playground for children no clubhouse, no pool or extra's but they want to compete with the higher class apartments that have those nice extra's. Our neighbors are rude more

06/26/14 by ladytrucker2000: Aspen Village Apartments are a great place to live. I have lived here 3 years and have no plans of ever moving. The ladies in the office are so helpful and fun to deal with. They are very nice, polite and have done whatever they can, within reason, to help me and my family. Their job is also to make sure the rules are followed, even if it seems strict. It is the tenants that don???t follow the more

Alderwood Apartments

515 S Farr Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206

01/11/14 by anonymous: There are plenty of nice, inexpensive apartments. Don't choose this one. The mold problem is outrageous. Our bathroom fan was broken, toilet was broken, sink and bathtub were both clogged from day one. The toilet flooded the bathroom so badly it leaked into my neighbors apartment and completely flooded the hallway soakingthe carpet. It took over 24 hrs for maintence to respond. more

03/27/14 by anonymous: I moved here last summer from another state. I was in constant contact with the manager after making three trips o Spokane to view several complexes. The manager, Bonnie, went above and beyond to show me different apartments that would be coming available during the time period I needed. She was aware that my time schedule required me to arrive in town on a day the office was closed and more

06/05/13 by anonymous: I have lived at Valley 206 for 2 years, and I love it. I'm a single mom with a little boy, and we have always felt safe. The grounds are very well mainicured, and they have kept the interiors updated-- textured walls, vaulted cieling, w/d, dw, balcony, and a fire place on the upper level. The pool is available with your key 24 hrs a day and under surveilance. I more
