Pros and Cons.

I moved into the complex, because the sales staff seemed so friendly. The showcase apartment is beautiful and so are the spaces around it.
When I moved in, the staff person was so busy and alone, so she was in a hurry to leave my apartment and promised that I could have 10 days to report what she missed. I did, but they haven't fixed anything on the list.
To be fair, the front part of the property is beautiful, but the back (where I live) isn't as nice. There is a lot of litter that lasts for days.
I don't think the comment about garbage pickup is true. I've only been here a month, but they've only been late once. It was overnight though.
There are pros and cons to living here, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that's single or that wants to live in a quiet space. {Trains go through Spokane, so they're a problem everywhere. But the kids around here are really out of control).
If you're a young family, this place would be okay. They also accept big dogs and have cute events. However, it's really not the place that the sales people will tell you. Ask to be driven around the entire complex to see the difference between the display apartment and what you'd really be living in.
