The 'pig' claims to have a family friendly atmosphere, but they are far from it. They have playgrounds on the property, but I would never dream of taking my kids down there...there was dog feces in the playground area along with all sorts of trash that you wouldn't ever want your kids around. The complex is noisy-We lived on the third floor and still had noise from the downstairs neighbor. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Your one spot stays open, but if you try to have guests over, forget about them being able to find a spot to park unless they arrive before noon. The garbage really was a joke, we paid more for a smaller garbage can than other places did for a large can. Not to mention that the gates around the community hardly do their job and rarely work...in fact the security code I would doubt has been changed in the last three years. The managment staff was the worst and was not at all helpful. I would definately look elswhere for housing.

Well things have definitely changed since 2004. The "pig" is under new management and no longer has garbage cans. As far as being charged more for your can, you should have taken that up with Waste Management as they were the garbage provider....maybe they owe you a credit?
