We live on the third floor for 2 years, our apartment faces the freeway, which we didn't find out about until move in day. What a surprise. ha. We can't open our windows because the freeway noise is so loud. The dog poop is a big problem, you have to watch where you walk at all times. Our neighbor below us continues to smoke in the stairwell, even though it is against the rules and the management has done nothing about it. Parking sucks big time. there is no parking. I'm not going to pay 40 bucks a month for a garage that 3 or 4 other residents have access to. I don't want to share a garage with strangers who often leave their doors open, giving access to all who pass by. Garbage is another issue. The management switched over to dumpsters, which are very small and are always full, and are kept inside a garage. That door is always left open, again leaving the attached garages open to the public. The ceiling in our stairwell has fallen twice, leaving it wide open for pigeons to sit and poop all over. Our stairwell is covered in bird poop, it is disgusting. I am embarrassed to have people over for all of the reasons above. I have also had a statue that was sitting outside the front door stolen. When I went to the office to tell them, just in case there where other incidences, they brushed me off. I was in mid-sentence and they walked away. So rude. Our cars have also been egged, along with several other cars in the parking lot, and smeared with what looked like apple and pumpkin pies. The office told us that some residents got in a fight and our cars just got in the middle of it.
The little kids run around with no one watching them, throwing their trash everywhere and leaving bubblegum and candy all over the stairs. We are moving out soon, but not soon enough. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

This is all very typical. If anyone is tempted by the sales people in the office, be sure to walk around the entire complex and read the full lease BEFORE making any sort of deposit. This place is only acceptable, if you have unruly kids you don't supervise or a dog you don't want to pick up after.
