My husband and I have lived here for more than a year and a half now and love it! Everyone that comes over to our apartment is amazed at how roomy it is and how nice the gated community is with its landscape, pool, etc. We own a dog as well and there is lots of places for her to run and play and pet owners are normally very respectful and clean up after their animals. Also, anytime there has been a problem with the apartment, the staff responds almost immediately and the management is super friendly. They even give us breakfast twice a month as we drive off to work and are usually hosting some type of fun activity for families. As for the noise level, neighbors have been very respectful. Also, it is in a VERY convenient location with all my favorite shops/restaurants close by. Overall, it is a wonderful and safe place to live and I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone.

This is obviously a post from someone in the employ of HSC Real estate that owns several complexes in Spokane area. Or a delusional tenant that has been in a coma the entire lease period. Please read all the other posts about how horrible this complex and frankly any other complex owned by this corporation. The previous comments give a much better detailed description of the horror that is The Whimsical Pig Apartments. DON'T MOVE HERE...BAD!.
