I have been there for more than 6 mths and the time I have been there it has not been as great as any other apartments I have rented from. These people are the worst they want too much money for a small apartment and parking is totally ridiculous all the apartments I used to rent from give you a guaranteed covered parking spot this is the first to charge you ten bucks for one & I do hate the fact that you have to share a garage because people do fail to shut them & to have things come up missing. And the noise oooh I could go on for days about noise its awful the people that live near us are rude and obnoxious and could care less about their neighbors and continously have there radio blarring up until 2am and they say write a letter, for what so you can throw it out & not hurry and take care of the stupid problem. And there has been partys going on where you hear arguing and threats and then them racing off because they are mad or whatever not safe there either you don't know when a kids gonna come flying outta the stairwells. And to have your kid witness a drunken teen peeing over the balcony ya thats intelligent. Kids to are an issue running around definetly not supervised at all cussing at the tops of their lungs to people and not caring who they are because their mommy or daddy didnt remind them of manners. And the pool would be nice to but when you take your child their to swim you have grown adults who just run and jump into the pool not paying attention that thier are little ones there too. I mean if your an adult you should probably act like one. And when you signed your new lease they come out with this garbage of new plasma tv's for new tenants and cheaper to move in deals are so dumb when you really should be doing your best to keep your current ones. I would like to get all this fancy stuff just as a gift for paying their overpriced rent and parking just the little things matter to make some one want to stay. I really do not see myself staying any longer, I cant just because it seems to be getting worse before better and I promise you breaking my lease will hurt my pocket book but I will feel so much better giving someone else with better things offered my money then where I am now. DO NOT MOVE IN all the little gifts are a hoax!!!
