When my boyfriend and I first moved in we got the wrong apartment and they said it'll probably be about a week or two before we could get the one we wanted and put a $100 holding fee on which was really not going to work considering the fact we had the uhal sitting out there with all our stuff in it. Then when they showed us the garage someone had they're car parked in it and they weren't separate garages they were all open so anyone could leave they're garage open one night and everyone's stuff could get stolen so we didn't take the garage. Then one day Rebecka called me an was very rude, blaming me for a pile of litter that on the street and told me that someone had thrown it off my balcony and they had cleaned it up for me but next time I needed to do it because it was me responsibility. First of all I was in and out all day and no one was home so no one could have thrown litter and then I saw the pile and it looked to me like someone was taking out the litter and the bag ripped and the litter fell into a pile on the ground if some one had thrown it off the balcony it would have been scattered. And the parking there is HORRIBLE your lucky if you get a parking spot close to your apartment. And they were way over priced for 2 bed one bath with no storage and no garage and hardly a balcony. It seemed like rent was paying for they're activities around there and for the remodeling of they're club house. We had a six month lease and as soon as it was up we were outta there. And didn't get any of our 200 down back.

Yeah, they are managed by HSC and they do THE WORST JOB of any other property management companies I have seen ALL AROUND THE WORLD. I completely believe this story and it's probably even worse than this. Just this person got tired of thinking of the terrible experience and had to stop. DO NOT RENT FROM HSC PROPERTIES~! Here is a list of the Spokane Valley apartment complexes they handle, so you can easily AVID THEM. :D
