Bad Neighbor Worst Complainers
In reading some of these reviews one would think they would simple move and live else where, if they didn't like living there so badly. Having lived in several different apt complexes I can testify that some of the worst complainers are the worst neighbors.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Like to feel like you are being harassed and deal with an immature unprofessional manager?
The manager that had been with the complex from the beginning (11 or 12 years?) was ousted, for what reason I do not know. We were given a memo and it happened FAST. When the original manager was here I felt safe, anyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
I lived in this complex for a year. I paid $875/month and water ran about $80/month ( which is ridiculous for 2 people.) This was my first time living on my own, the apartment itself was pretty nice. The managment and people that live aroundā¦Ā See More >unhappyrenter6944

RIP OFF
A 2 person household in the City of Stanwood pays approx. $56.00 per month for sewer and water alone. If you live at the Maple Court Apts, you will be charged double that for one month. A two person household living at Mapleā¦Ā See More >wishing

Double check before you move to this place
Please don't get yourself into a lease until you know whats at stake, as you can see by other postings its not a great place to live. They charge for water and sewer, and thats ok but the charge you commercial business rates byā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I don't recommend it!!!
It's very pricey for what you get. I pay 875.00 for a 2bed 2bath water/sewer which is approx another $80.00 a month. There are lots of children that run wild around the complex. They don't think anything about riding their bikes right inā¦Ā See More >extmlyunhappy44

Rip off utilities, too noisy, don't rent here
First off, the water bills run around $80/month and there's no way to challenge because the meters are run by a company in another state. As someone else mentioned, they are not regulated by Washington, either. Second, the walls are so thin you can hearā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't do it
The lie, they trick, they don't fix things, drug dealers live in the complex, no disabled parking for some of the buildings, complaints about noisy neighbors fall on deaf ears, kids running amuk, animals, (feral cats) garbage left behind from tenants moving out and noisyā¦Ā See More >brittlefingers

Finally out of the Maple Crap Apartments
Too many screaming kids at this place all hours of the day. Unsupervised young children during the day and out of control teens after midnight. Police have been called a number of times. There is a "quite time", after 10pm, that is not enforced by theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't rent here!
Noisy, screaming children up all hours of the night. Playground is in the middle of the complex so you can't help but hear the noise. Children are given more consideration than adults and the management is unresponsive to adult complaints about children breaking the rulesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

It is quite nice.
Pros: Moved in, very clean and spotless, nice manager, prompt service, relatively quiet, safe, parking is ample, close to shopping, bus, school (all walking distance) Cons: Thin walls (like most apartments anyway), one car got broken in (but they forgot to lock there car- too confident)ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

We lived here for 9mo after our baby was born. The apartment we moved into was absolutely spotless; even the bathrooms were impeccable! Management was friendly, the maintenance guy was knowledgeable and fast. The grounds are clean, the apartments are sunny. Iā¦Ā See More >teittei

They trick us...>_<...
Maple Court Apartments are the worse apartments ever...We were trick. They told us to sign a lease that states $50.00 is non-refundabe and $149.00 is refundable. However, when we moved out, they only refunded us $24.00 not $149.00. They said because we had to payā¦Ā See More >anonymous
