I moved into this apartment complex in the end of 2006. The rent was reasonable but the apartment was disgusting. It was not painted from the previous tenant-there nails still in the walls and food splatter on the kitchen ceiling. The blinds were broken in half, doorknobs were breaking and there were visable patch marks on all the walls. I went to the manager to complain and was told quite rudely that it had been cleaned and painted and that she had personally inspected it! I offered to show her but I was told that I needed "to look more closely" before I complained. I just had a neighbor move in next to me and we share a common bedroom wall. It is so thin that I can hear personal converstaions as if they were standing in my bedroom. I would not recomment this apartment complex to anyone but being in a small town sadly, there is no other place to rent. I can't wait until my lease is up to move out of this place.
