I lived at Maple Court apts. from 2005-2006, then moved out of state. I came across this on the net and felt I had to write to offset the one bad review the apts. got. My apt. was spotless when I moved in, and the management was extremely friendly and helpful. I seldom needed a repair, but when I did, it was done immediately. Neighbors were nice, and the location is fantastic -- walking distance to Haggen, the Everett clinic, etc. If I were to move back to that area, I'd look for a vacancy at Maple Court. (I lived in an area where there weren't any children. It might be different where larger families have lived in an apartment, but I can't say. At any rate, the entire complex was always clean and quiet.)
