We lived here for 9mo after our baby was born. The apartment we moved into was absolutely spotless; even the bathrooms were impeccable! Management was friendly, the maintenance guy was knowledgeable and fast. The grounds are clean, the apartments are sunny. I wish we could move back!
Water rates in Stanwood are out-of-control high, it doesn't matter where you live. And the water smells like sulfur (but that has nothing to do with the apartments). The only downside was that the neighbor kitty-corner to us beat his wife and we got to hear it all night long. They moved out though, right before I called the sheriff.
