Noisy, screaming children up all hours of the night. Playground is in the middle of the complex so you can't help but hear the noise. Children are given more consideration than adults and the management is unresponsive to adult complaints about children breaking the rules of conduct. They raise the rent every 6 months or every time your lease is due. When we moved in the rent was reasonable but now it's outrageous. Additional charges for water - at corporate rates, not residential - are separately billed averaging $50-80 per month. Cable is tacked on to rent but is higher than what the complex pays to Wave Broadband. As others have said, the walls are so thin you can even hear the tinkling in the bathroom next door.

I agree 100%, and nothing has changed, they don't care and compliants are nevr taken care of.
