Too many screaming kids at this place all hours of the day. Unsupervised young children during the day and out of control teens after midnight. Police have been called a number of times.

There is a "quite time", after 10pm, that is not enforced by the management for fear of offending the parents. When I asked the manager about enforcing the "quiet time", she responded that they do not want to "repress the children" or damage their "self esteem".

Additionally, the water meters are unregulated by the state of Washington and have never been "certified" by any state agency. The result is water bills that can not be verified or challenged by the tenant. State Attorney General's office has an open investigation into the water situation.

Bottom line, don't rent here if you are looking for a quiet, well managed, honest utilities apartment complex.

yeah, i agree about the water. we had neighbors above us, 3 boys the parents and the grand parents (the were inbetween houses). Our water shot up to ridiculous amounts and it was just me and my mom living there! The kids need to chill out too.
