I lived here for 2 years straight. I could leave my top down on my car outside (of course put it up an night), communityis very nice. Nice area. Little small for apartments. The water regualtion is illeagal, so dont besuprised if you get new tenants in your building and the water bill shoots up. But generally, very clean, yes alot of kids who are unsupervised, but that is the parents fault. the kids are very sweet however, in most cases.

the people were very nice. walls are a bit thin, I could hear my upstairs neighbor rollaround on a plasic mat with a computer chair- kept me up at night. maintinence guy kind of does half the job you ask him too, but will fix it again for good the second time and is pretty nice.

Nice small place if you want or need to live in Stanwood, the other apartments in stanwood are kind of scary compared to this one.
