I live in 5J. of Scandia apartments. The apartments are in average condition, its the managment that is so terrible here. Took 4 visits in about 4 months to get my air working. I got towed because i parked in a non parking spot because there were about 20 cars illegally parking in the lot,. although,. the didnt get towed even though they arn't supposed to be there. I havn't used the laundry mat all year because even though they guaranteed me it would accept my credit card,. it dosn't. Don't waste your time in money at Scandia. They apparently don't care about their residents. The only smile you will get from them is when you sign the lease.
