Wilma is an awesome apartment manager. She is a bit nosey but she knows her stuff and keeps up on things. She is good at getting rid of the "trash" renters and that is why some people have a problem with her. Basically, be a good renter and she will be good to you. Overall the apartments good use an upgrade but you get what you pay for! Rent is cheap and it is a safe place to live! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
