Cheap but not a lot to offer I lived there for a year and it was very quiet but laundry was expensive and there was little to offer. The pool reeks of chlorine but if its cheap you want its cheap you will get. overall it was ok.

Love it!! It is sooooo nice not to have anybody above or below you like the traditional apartments. I feel safer here than any other place I've lived. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Never had any problems with maintenance. Could use a little more parking spots on the weekends when visitors
