We have lived here for a year and it has been an enjoyable experience. Our apartment is very spacious and quiet. We have enjoyed our neighbors and would recommend this complex to anyone. It is nice not to be concerned about Parking and vandals that is associated with other apartment complexes. The Manager (Linda) is first rate and easy to work with, she cares about people and has displayed a willingness to help people (a refreshing change). We highly recommend the Cavalla Apartments.
