Washington Court is a great place to live. It's by far the best apartment living in Sumner. I'm in a studio and it is very well laid out and comfortable to live in. It's one of the secure units above the commercial space. I pass by the office constantly and one thing that really impresses me is how Tanya (office Mgr.) is so helpful, friendly and attentive to each and every residents needs. It's one of the reasons I renewed my lease, if there was ever anything wrong she made sure it was taken care of right away. Way to go Tanya!

I've been here over a year, long past my first lease. I was referred here by my friend who stayed here while building a house. He was referred here by his parents who stayed here while building their house. I didn't really want to live in Sumner, my friend said it would be worth giving it a shot. I'm glad I did, Sumner's a great little town.
