Awesome Home.....Horrible Business Manager

I wrote an excellent review on 10/2004 and now I must be honest once again and write a not so good one. We have a new Manager here at Washington Court, and she is NOT a people person. She is very argumentive and not out to retain good tenants, but only to make this place equal to it's low income neighbors across the street.
I think this place could be saved if someone else with good customer service skills would replace her.
I don't recommend moving here!!!
