Living here would be wonderful if it wasn't for the office manager. I have personally been shouted at by this woman on more than one occasion and feel that she needs some serious training in relation to her personal skills. I have also been in the office when she barks orders at the maintenance man (who happens to be extremely friendly and good at what he does) and even takes it so far as to discuss his time cards in front of me. The entire complex has received notes relating to changing policies, etc. that are written in incomplete sentences and filled with spelling errors.... completely unprofessional yet again!! As others have mentioned, Tanya, the previous office manager was as nice and professional as they come, the new girl is a sore disappointment. If you are looking for a place to live with good customer service, keep looking, especially if you don't like being yelled at for asking simple questions. You would think a faceless corporate landlord company could afford a more amicable facade than this rude, rude woman.
