Located in a great area just steps away from stores, shops, parks and a baseball field. We lived in the apartment flats above the rented storage and businesses, it was a bit loud from time to time, listening to the workers below us, but it didn't bother me too much. There were a few issues with maintenance once in awhile but I think you will get that at any apt complex. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and I would recommend it again.
