We are in an apartment over businesses. At this time there are not too many being utilized so.. the local delinquents tend to hang out close by or behind our section of these buildings. We do not feel that safety is the new managers priority (the 3rd manager in 9 months). They are tearing down businesses behind these buildings and now these 'sweet' children are hanging out down below the bedroom windows and smoking and drinking because their usual places are fenced in right up to the back of this building.(The apartments are on the 2nd story) This happens on the week nights as well as during the day on weekends. Right now as a matter of fact. When they were partying and we felt a bit threatened and locked in the place because of their immediate presence, I did call the local police to ask for information on reporting and was treated very rudely by the dispatcher and I do not believe that anyone ever came to check out the situation or they would have stopped at the apartment to double check our safety, wouldn't they''' The immediate neighbors are quiet and that is nice. The place is cold in the Winter and hot in the Summer. We can not afford to move anywhere else at this time or we would be looking however there should be some expectation of safety and security.
The person that does repairs was supposed to check for leaking and safety of the deck, one of us took off work to be here since he couldn't be here at 3pm. Twice he never came!! He told the manager he checked it out. Just do not complain and everything will be ducky!!! I could go on however I do not think it really would be beneficial. Good luck in the search.
Parking OK, not secure, noise level outside high, grounds kept OK too much watering, muddy behind and at front door, shrub close to door lighting OK, People constantly cutting through from Fred Meyers,poor insulation, doors will not stay closed, cupboards crooked and floor crooked, not level!!! Maintenance has excuses why can not take care of things. manager has to be involved. Last manager was excellent but new one 20 something and not vested in customer service. rating of a low 3-2.
