Amazing Place To Live Not much to say, just an awesome place to live. Roomy, great managment, fair priceing, and a good neighborhood. Didn't ever want to leave, just lost job and couldn't afford anymore. Will move back.

Pretty nice Located in a great area just steps away from stores, shops, parks and a baseball field. We lived in the apartment flats above the rented storage and businesses, it was a bit loud from time to time, listening to the workers below us, but it didn't bother me too

you can do better nice apartment on the inside, but after lease is up be prepared for 150 dollar increase. pay all your own utilities, and good luck staying warm in the winter and cool in the summer. nice, but not $1000.00 nice. lots of better options in sumner. managers not the best

Unsafe Place to Live I lived in the apartment for about two months and broke my lease to move out. There was cockroaches and a moldy smell that would not go away. Not to mention about three times a week the police were called out; one time arresting the manager!

New manager Well they did it they hired a new manager so rest assured this will be a better place to live. Other then the office manager I had an excellent experience living here and would recomend it now that there is a new manager.
