Sad to Leave - I loved my time at the Beverly. I lived there for 9-10 months and had to move only because I accepted a new job up north. If there had been a way to commute, I would have. Questionable at Best - The studio's are small, but the kitchens are large. Parking is a massive pain. You can pay $50/mo extra for a reserved parking spot in the back if there are any available.
