I rather enjoyed my time living there. The appliances were kind of outdated, and they were strict with the landscaping. But I felt very comfortable allowing my daughter outside to play. Parking was never a problem for us, and never had any real problems living there. Not a horrible part of town, and fixed everything I called in for repair within just a matter of days, often times the very next day.

I lived there and Im glad Im gone. Asked to come fix leaking toielt for a year, had parking problems because people park anywhere,had children steal stuff of patio, and yes appliances were outdated but when they break they would replace them with another outdated appliance. I had to get out of there.
