I have lived here for nearly 6 years and I have come to enjoy (and expect) the nearly ongoing peace and quiet of this community. I have wonderful, quiet and respectful neighbors who have never been a problem. Any noise concerns (which have been extremely rare) are quickly addressed by the manager.
Maintenance issues are also addressed by efficient, knowledgeable staff.
Like most people, safety is important to me-I feel very safe and secure in my home and have never had (or heard of) any problems with break-ins or vandalism.
Some units have washer and dryers in units. There is also laundry facilities on-site as well as a laundromat within walking distance.
Easy access to 16 and I-5 as well as public transportation stops close to the apts. Walking distance to dining, movie theater, grocery shopping, TCC and University Place library.
Overall, affordable, convenient and quiet University Place apartment living!!
